I am a recent Muhlenberg College graduate with a degree in Media and Communications and a minor in Studio Art. I am a go-getter fueled by my passion for photography with an interest in pursuing public relations and marketing. My creative vision helps me offer a unique perspective to projects, both with and without a camera. I have been doing photography for just over 4 years now and have used it as a platform to open doors professionally, creatively, and personally.
Over the course of my college experience, I have been a part of various projects on campus. I work with many different organizations, ranging from collaborating with Muhlenberg’s ABEF department to film two documentaries to marketing for Muhlenberg’s dining services. In addition, I have worked as a photographer and videographer for a start-up business and various Greek organizations. My sophomore and junior year I was the Public Relations Chair for my fraternity, Alpha Tau Omega. Off-campus, I had a great experience interning for the Screen Directors Guild of Ireland while studying abroad in Dublin. These vast experiences have given me numerous opportunities to expand my professional scope past the camera and fuse the creative aspects of my work into everything that I do.
From my previous summer work experience, I found that I thrive in an energetic, collaborative setting, as it allows me to plan and create content that I am proud of. This most recent summer, I was the assistant to the Head of Content + Experiences at HUNTER:, a public relations and marketing firm in New York City. Here, I was able to help brainstorm and plan events or marketing campaigns for numerous name brands such as TABASCO and Pompeian Olive Oil. In previous years, I have worked at a few different summer camps, one an educational tech-camp and the other Camp Watitoh, your traditional sleep-away camp. During those years I worked closely with fellow staff members to create memorable experiences for kids of all ages, giving back to the camp that I loved as a child. But, I cherish most the relationships I made with the campers, helping them develop different skills and form lasting connections that they will keep with them forever
